I used the It's Skin VC effector before but that one is not strong enough to work as an active, this on the other hand, is amazing at that. I can feel it working as soon as I put it on and with regular use the results are great. It reduces PIH and evens out my skin tone. The formula is watery but slick and a pale yellow in colour, it slides on easily and has a fresh scent of citrus. It NEEDS to be stored in the fridge after opening it or it will oxidize and turn bad really fast.
