Of all the pieces of a skincare routine, eye creams are the newest and most foreign to me so far. I spent a lot of time trying to find one, and honestly settled on Elizavecca because I really like pigs, and I love their packaging.
First, the amount of cream you need to put on your eyes is so little, and you get a pretty big container. This will last you a very long time. My boyfriend and I have both been using it for a couple months now and we've barely put a dent into the container. It also comes with a cover for the cream itself, and a small plastic spatula for you to use, which I love since you don't have to stick your fingers into the container.
The cream itself is odd, it almost has a lard-like texture (think Crisco but not as gross), but applies very smoothly. It takes a little while to settle in, which is the biggest drawback for me, as it can slow me down a little in the mornings. Once it does sink in there's no residue and the slick texture goes away.
I'm not sure if I'll buy this again, but only because I may branch out and try some other eye creams to find "the one"!
