This sleeping pack did not do well for me - it gave me a tiny little breakout. However, the sleeping pack itself is a little gel-like in consistency when you first get it out, but it melts to a water-like consistency in your hands. It absorbs very quickly and doesn't leave a sticky film on your face like most other sleeping packs. It doesn't have an overwhelming scent. It is a nice product, but it did not work for me.
