The packaging is terrible. The jar is ugly and the gold print starts coming off after a week or two. The double lid is so tight it's hard to get off without breaking a nail. The spatula it comes with is also difficult to get off of the lid and far too thick to do any useful scooping of such a thick product. The cream itself is thick and hard to distribute evenly - and god forbid you use too much, it will literally flake off of your eyes in the morning. It moisturizes a little, but don't expect it to do anything other than that. A good starter eye cream (and it could potentially do as a sleeping pack).
