This is my first hydrating toner that I bought. It does what it claims. The toner picks up excess dirt from my face pretty well, especially from my neck area. I also don't think the fragrance is too strong, not sure about ppl who are sensitive to fragrance though. The fragrance fades away once its applied on the skin and hydrates it well.

I also used it once to "cleanse" my face when I was too lazy to double cleanse, it actually did a good job in getting rid of the excess oil in my T-Zone and kept it matt for the rest of the evening pretty well.
