When I first purchased I was scared that it would damage my skin, but if you use it after you wash your face with water it's okay.

I'm not a bif fan of this kind of exfoliators ( I prefer the chemical ones) but this gave a nice feeling on my skin after using it. I always rub it first on my hands and then massage it into my face, so is not that harsh.

I would totally recommend this if you're into this kind of exfoliators.
