I have dry skin, but in my T-zone, I would often get 1-2 pimples. And this cream has definitely helped reduce the frequency of my small breakouts. I only use a very small amount in my T-zone; I've been using it for 6 months, so I've barely made a dent in it. When I feel like I'm about to have a pimple, I put it on the area with a slightly thicker dab and the next morning, the pimple would be almost completely gone. Defintely would repurchase & recommend!
