These are great-quality eye pencils for a low price!! They are very pigmented, long-wearing and smudgeable. They are the only eye pencils I can use on my waterline for tightening! Once it sets on my lid, it doesn't budge throughout the day. You have to sharpen them, but these sharpen well with a good pencil sharpener (I recommend using the ones sold especially for makeup-type pencils, the regular pencil sharpeners didn't work). Usually I prefer twist-up type eye pencils, but these are so good that I keep repurchasing them! I've bought 5 of them so far.
