I'm sure you've read all the other great reviews and this is no different. Things that I do to make it work best for me:
1. Clean your skin (obviously) - I do the whole cleansing routine + toner
2. I use tweezers to take the individual patch off and apply to my problem area/pimple
3. I leave it on ONLY until I see the pimple substance appear on the patch
