It's very rich cream, but absorbs quite good. It moisturize pretty well, but that is all. I didn't saw any other effects on my eyes. Maybe there is a bit of brightening effect too. But to be honest I don't really have any serious problems with eyes area (soft wrinkles, dullness and dryness if neglected). For some reason I don't like the smell, but my sister loves it.

Package - really good, rich, thick glass. Comes in boxes with a little spoon made from good quality transparent plastic.
