I love this for weekly exfoliation, though I think it is gentle enough to use twice a week. It's thick and creamy with rice-like grains/beads in it, has a comforting rice scent, and feels soft and cool when applied on a damp face. At first I was skeptical because the exfoliating particles seemed so soft and squishy, but it turned out to be quite powerful, and effectively smoothed out my skin. (I think it could actually be too harsh if you used it on a dry face or massaged too firmly.) I personally find this more effective and fun to use than the Goodal Natural Clear Mild Peeling Gel.
