I use this toner after an exfoliating one. It it really gentle. It soothes the skin.I do not recommend spraying it directly onto the skin because it irritated my eyes. When used on a cotton bud it doesn't irritate. However I noticed that I need to spray a lot of it onto the cotton bud to use it for my whole face. I think that this product will not last me for a long time. I am half way through the bottle after using it for a month. I bought another bottle because I think it is worth it. It keeps my skin moisturized but not oily. I like it.
