First of all this steam balm has the super-cute egg-like package. Looks sooo sweet! It has a gel type texture with granules that should work like a scrub. The smell is pleasant with a citrus nuance. During the application you can feel some warmth that should open the pores and help to clean them. But the effect isn't 100% satisfactory. This balm isn't enough to clean the pores and get rid of blackheads. Still, it's a good supplimentary product.
