I don't really know what to think about them. When I use it on visible pimple in the evening, it actually absorb something from it. But it never did it fully, so there is a need to use another patch, and so on and so on. This thing really can help with picking though! Pimples are less visible under the patch so you don't have the urge to get rid of them by force :p So this is a good thing - this leads to smaller amount of scars on my face.
