Bought this as a gift for my mother and she loves it. The scent is very delicate and fresh, which is very soothing. The cream itself is not very watery and absorbs very quickly, leaving the hands very smooth. If you are looking for a cream to freshen up your hands this is a good choice. Moisture wise I would say it is about medium?... It does moisturise but it's probably not enough to get through a Canadian winter >_<
