It feels sticky in your fingers, but not on your face.  I love this so much.  I have an acne prone skin and putting this on makes my skin feels cooler.  I love that it comes in a big bottle, which means it will last me longer.  There is only one con though, I cannot control how much gel I squeeze out.  If I accidentally squeeze out too much, the rest will go to my hair haha.
