This product is really watery/sheer and not buildable (it removes the liner you aplied underneath) but if you overlook that, it dries very quickly, is long lasting and applies very smooth. The brush that comes with it is pretty decent and the packaging definetly helps my feelings towards it. I've found that I can create a wing very easily with it and then I just go over with a pencil or eyeshadow to make it more even
