I've used this on closed pimples/spots with no results so instead I tried using it on open spots like others have suggested. I kept the patch on for a day and had to remove it after a shower and yeah, it did suck up some gunk, but not all since my now deflated pimple had a white coloured circle spot thing in its place which remained for ages, like a scar, until I used niacinamide daily to rid the spot. maybe I hadn't kept it on long enough, but I feel like I never get the great results everyone else is getting which sucks frankly
