Lightweight, watery toner with a mild fragrance. If I apply it with my hands, it feels a bit sticky afterwards. I don't feel the hydrating effect but it doesn't dry out my skin despite the alcohol in the ingredients. So I mostly use it on cotton pad to wash away any left residues from my cleansing phase.
