I've been using this for over 2 weeks, and it works really really great to improve my skin texture. The healing process of my blemishes is much faster, and my scars are also much lighter thanks to this HG cream. However, this cream alone cannot make such huge difference. I follow Korean 10-step skin care every day (it takes lots of time and patience though), and I use this cream together with OST C20 and other COSRX products to bring the best result. Definitely repurchase :)
