I am suffering with puffy eyes and very prominent dark circles, especially if I don't get much sleep at night. I like to store these in the fridge and slap them on in the morning after cleansing and toning, and then apply the rest of my skin care after ~15 mins. While these don't have any effect on my dark circles, they greatly reduces puffiness and makes me look and feel more awake - the cooling sensation really wakes me up. The visual effect wears off in few hours but the skin under my eyes still feels nourished and soft.
