Compared to my 'essential foaming sensitive' drugstore face wash that I previously used, and after three weeks of consistent use mostly in the PM for my dry skin COSRX doesn't lead to a tight dry feeling skin as much. I've also switched to not patting off all my water but cupping it in and wiping my hands, then toner so that might help too. A pea or fingerprint sized amount is all you need to have a rich lather. It has a medicinal..kind of mentholy /refreshing scent (don't panic, no actual menthol!!) that I'm recognizing as tea tree. I find that this one performs about the same as my old cleanser without  artificial added fragrance, the smell is definitely pronounced but it doesn't deter me or linger after cleansing because it has an ideal pH. I will repurchase this way in the future since I have a lot! If only as a trustworthy baseline product that is good value.
