I really wanted to try a first essence but wasn't willing to play double this price to get a Missha FTE so I settled for this SCINIC one. It's watery, it has a very faint scent that doesn't bother me and it is full of great ingredients (niaminacide, licorice extract, etc.) which is what got me curious about it in the first place. It absorbs easily into the skin.
I like doing 2-3 layers of this before moving on with the rest of my skincare. It's quite hydrating (but don't just use it on its own! Get at least a moisturiser that can act as an occlusive) and doesn't make the skin feel greasy. Very lightweight.

Even if it's my first essence, I do recommend it.
