It's one of the best toner I have ever used. It's smells tiny, but fresh and amazing. It somehow calms me and makes me wanna do my care routine regularly. It has water like texture. It really moisturizing, but without any weight on the skin. Skin really feels re-freshened after it. I have used the old version and the new one as good as the old one. I really recommend it.
