I've bought this one for my mom since she struggles with her double chin and the sagging skin on her upper neck area. While using it, she did have a small burning sensation at the beginning meaning that the patch was working on the skin. After using it she did see the result: her skin was slightly lifted and more firm. Of course that didn't last for long since one use is not enough to see a permanent result. Will definitely repurchase it!
