I've been using this every three days and my skin always feels super smooth after, it very good in removing dead skin and the top layer of blackheads for super healthy looking skin. It is a bit harsh on the skin if you use it too regularly, but its only a matter of learning what your skin needs~! Don't forget to use some water or toner with it, that step is very important to reduce irritation. The steps SkinFood recommends are indeed the best for this product, they know what they're talking about~! You get a lot of product in this packaging which is also a very good considering the price~
