After reading a lot about korean spas and the exfoliation there, I wanted to try these towels. They are rougher than any exfoliation towel/brush etc I have ever used. After using it my skin was really red (but didn't stay this color for that long) and soft. I think it's best to only use it once per week. It helped my dry skin to become a little bit smoother.
