This cream does exactly what it claims: Moisturizes. You only need just a tiny bit to cover your whole face, especially those with oily skin. The finish is very smooth and non greasy. It would be more suited for colder months to use it on top of a serum. Or you can also use it at night time. I think it would be a bit heavy to use it under your makeup (I have oily skin.) It didn't break me out. I'm really satisfied with this purchase.
