I love the fact that it does not contain paraben (a lot of masks does.  One would be really surprised once they start checking the ingredients lists).  The sheet is very thin and hangs pretty easily onto your face, which is a plus.  Contains decent amount of essences, which is another plus.  It feels pretty sticky though and I did not see any instant improvement on my face (though, to be fair, only one mask managed to do that so far; at least to me).
