You have to shake it well and then soak your cotton pad with it. Let is rest on your eyes and wipe off. It does a good enough job to cleaning your makeup off but I guess the only thing i don't like about it is that it's not as fast as some of the other makeup removers out there. But there are really good benefits to using this as well. When you use it, it doesn't leave a film on your eye. I absolutely hate that! It is also gentle so it doesn't sting at all.
