This is my first time using a snail product. I was expecting it to be slimy and gross, however, it feels smooth and refined. The ampoule is slightly tacky when first applying but then settles down. I have been using this in combination with the CosRx BHA Blackhead Powder for about two months and the redness in my cheeks have seemed to decrease. I still have redness but it is notably better. I'm certainly going to keep using this combination!
