I have used these on myself and my boyfriend and they have worked wonders for any zits that have pus in them. I put one of these on a zit that had come to a head and when I took off the patch the next morning, the pus oozed out and my zit was deflated. I have tried the patches on zits that did not have pus in them and they did nothing so these work best on zits that have pus.
