As the name suggests, this tint is very watery and it takes a few passes on the lips to get an even looking application. Also, because of how fluid it is it kind of feathers outside the lipline and it takes a moment to set down but once it does it stains a nice color on the lips. It doesn't feel drying and the color lasts but it is kind of tricky to apply.
