Quite gentle for a Vitamin C product for my sensitive skin. No burning/stinging at all. It seems like its working for my dark spot and overall complexion. Not a miracle product, but nice addition to my skincare regimen. The only downside is that I have to be careful with what other products I use with this. Vit. C and other citrus products are notorious for not working well with other acids or ingredients.
