This is a nice everyday essence. It gives light hydration when used on its own. Non irritation on my sensitive skin. Nice runny consistency with no smell. It definitely did even out my skin tone although I would say it's whitening effects are minimal and not too drastic. It just makes skin appear lighter by evening out skin tone. I am quite happy with this product and would like to try others in the range.
