I alternate use twice a week between this and AHA. Its not more drying than the AHA I don't think. I got this specifically for SFs on my nose and for a project on my friends back. Neither have gotten worse but I can't tell that it is working on the troubled back skin any more than physical extraction would. I think i just wanted to complete my COSRX collection within reason BUT if you have the AHA already and love it you probably might not need it.Its been a few weeks (so six uses) and I will update if things improve.
