This "cream" has a gel cream like texture, so it doesn't leave the skin feeling too greasy. I usually struggle with gel creams not being moisturizing enough for my combo skin, but my skin never felt dry using this. It leaves a slight occlusive film on your skin, but nothing too tacky or uncomfortable feeling. I can't really say if it's healing my skin more than the moisturizer that I was using before, but I would say it feels like it does a good job at soothing my acne prone sensitive skin.
