A watery gel-like consistency in a massive plastic jar. When you think you have enough on your spoon, take less. I just dip my spoon in the jar without scooping and it's more than enough. It will become a sticky mess that won't dry when you use too much so I suggest to work with thin layers. It has a strong honey smell and provides a nice hydrating layer for under your moisturizer. It leaves my skin smooth and quite glowy the morning after but it does not contain the wow factor. I do think it's a great introduction ampoule and relatively cheap because of the size. Whenever i manage to finish this jar I will not be repurchasing it because I want to try something new and search for an ampoule that will wow my skin.
