I give it 4 stars since it is basic product of satisfying quality. It give my under eye area good hydration and i'm pretty happy with the result. I keep them in the frige to get a pleasant cooling effect. i can't say there is any wow-effect but i don't manage to apply them every day as they are supposed to be applied, so that's may be my fault. But all in all the product is fine
