This is a nice watery, unscented toner.  Out of all the toners I've tried, this has been the least irritating to my face.  I have sensitive skin, and when my face is red and blotchy, I apply this toner and I can feel my skin cooling down and being soothed.  There aren't dramatic effects like whitening or pore-minimizing, but I'm really happy to make this toner part of my daily routine because it will never break me out and I can rely on it to keep my skin calm.  I don't like the bottle itself because the opening is small and the toner doesn't come out quickly, but it wasn't too inconvenient to transfer the toner into a different bottle.  I also put some of this toner in a mist bottle and it made a great face mist!
