I bought the #11 Diana Queen, which is a rosy beige color, a little darker than expected, though. The lasting power is the bomb (like I couldn't remove the swatch on the back of my hand after trying it out). I don't have particularly oily skin, though. The texture is on the harder side compared to other gel liners I have used, but it still goes on smoothly and is just soft enough to not smudge. Unfortunately, it's a lot more glittery than shimmery, which I am not a fan of, especially for under the eyes. The incorporated brush is a nice feature, although I mostly end up using my finger or one of these little spongy tip smudgers. For the price there are better gel liners out there imo...
