I have dry, sensitive skin w/ eczema and this product doesn't irritate my skin. I don't see any redness after using this product either. However, there is a mild fragrant smell (floral?soapy?).The product looks like dry laundry detergent and a little goes a long way (have been using the same one 2x a day since May). I just pour a little bit in one hand, wet my other hand, lather, and then use on face. Makes my skin feel buttery soft.
