First of all, the color looks exactly like how you see it in the bottle, somewhat pigmented for a liquid blush which I absolutely appreciate.

It didn't disturb the foundation underneath and dried quickly into a semi-matte finish on my skin, so I don't worry they're gonna budge. It could be because I used ELF small stipple brush to buff the liquid from the back of my hand so I cannot say it works differently when using hands.

Beware cause they dry quickly so work quickly with them, I may try to use hands next time to see the difference. Otherwise, the staying power is good, color is like a realistic suntan cheeks, massive amount of product, nice packaging. Overall, a good liquid blush to try, especially when they're on sale.
