When I purchased this product, it was still in the tub packaging. I liked the mild smell, the slippery texture, and how the product absorbed a bit but still felt occlusive. Unfortunately, after my very first time trying it, my skin looked disastrous. My chin was covered in acne, literally the next day. It looked horrifying. I hadn't changed my routine in any other way, so I can only assume that this product was what I reacted to. I should have patch tested it first, I know. But it may not have helped anyway because this product works perfectly fine on other parts of my body that need extra moisture like an old scar. I also felt like this dried out the skin around my eyes which is the opposite of what I wanted it to do. I've read other reviews and it seems like my experience is pretty uncommon, but definitely take it into consideration and do a patch test if you buy this overnight mask.
