These work well on whiteheads to draw out the pus and flatten them. For some reason they even worked on a rather deep and painful pustules - not quite cystic yet - on my chin. There was a blemish left behind, but at least the acne went down quick instead of lingering painfully for weeks. I just wish they have more of the large size.
