I tried using many gel cleansers and all left my skin feeling very dry. then I tried having sensitive cleaning gels, but they were also too harsh for my skin. then I heard of this gel and ordered it and... it changed my life. breakouts are now very rare (I have acne occasionally) and after cleansing with it, my skin feels nice and not completely dried out! this product made the biggest change for my skin (for better!) since I started using it. it lasts 3-4 months, depends how much you're taking. I use it in my morning and evening routine and it lasts 4 months.
