I used it on soon-to-be pimple (red and painful bumps that turn in whitehead in one or two days), not fully formed whitehead.

It worked well on those soon-to-be-pimple, i used it after my PM routine and keep it all night. In the morning, the bump disapeared and the skin is less red.
