I was excited to try this product because I've heard so many good things about it. Unfortunately my experience is not like most people's. My skin doesn't even feel like my skin anymore. It's not just dry, it needs repairing.

After washing, my face feels okay, not squeaky clean like strong cleansers usually do. The problems arose after I kept using this. Now even my trusty moisturizer hardly does anything, if I apply essence, oil and moisturizer my skin still feels dry (usually after that it would feel supple and dewy)... My skin is more than dry (as if this cleanser removed everything possible from my skin), red, itchy and sensitive. The product also has a strong fragrance to it.

From my experience, I wouldn't recommend this product but so many have liked it so it's highly likely it will work for you. But I wanted to share my experience to remind that when a product works for one person, it might not work for you.
