I have tried several toners in my life, and with some I can see changes in my skin the second I apply it. With this toner I do not feel anything in particular, but I like that it does not irritate the skin, I think it leaves a slightly sticky feeling and something dry after applying it but it is not something that really bothers me. The smell is a little chemical but fades in seconds. I do not find anything great, I will not buy it again but let me be very clear it's NOT a waste of money it's just too normal for me...
