This is SO cute!!  I love the packaging on this ~ it does look like a paint can.  This lip paint is thicker than a gloss or liquid lipstick ~ its like if you took lipstick and melted it.  It isn't sticky or tacky, but I do blend it out so it isn't as glossy. Very pigmented ~ Ash Rose is a mauvish pink shade and is a great everyday neutral shade.

My biggest complaint and the reason why I took one star off, is how short the applicator is.  It makes applying this lip paint very difficult.
